Free Shipping is standard ground service and to a commercial/business address, assuming that the location has a loading dock or fork lift to remove the item(s) off the truck if needed.  Redlineops.com does not pay for any residential fees or surcharges or lift gate fees.  Any additional charges or fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly. Shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed except for 2nd Day and Next Day Air.  Most items less than 70lbs. ship via UPS or Fed Ex although; this is not guaranteed and your item(s) may ship truck.  

Lift Gate: If the customer (you) do not request lift gate service, Redlineops.com is not responsible if the item(s) cannot be unloaded from the truck. Truck drivers are not required to and may or may not help you get the item(s) off the truck. The customer (you) will be responsible and liable for any shipping and delivery cost incurred if the item is brought back to the shipping depot and/or for second delivery attempt or refusal of item(s) if there is no damage to the item(s).  The customer (you) will then be charged accordingly

A shipping and handling fee may be added to all welders, plasma cutters, wire feeders and other related welding equipment.  The trucking carrier may impose additional shipping costs to residential addresses. These additional fees are due to the shipping carriers being unable to use a regular semi truck to get to the residential streets and need to switch to a smaller truck. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to a residential address. Additional costs for residential delivery can vary depending on the shipping carrier.

Truck Freight: Usually, the shipping carrier will call your phone number which is required that we have on file to arrange the delivery day and time. You must be present to receive and sign for the shipment. DO NOT sign for any package that shows damage to the outside carton. Have the driver note the damage on the bill of lading, do not sign it, refuse the package, and contact us immediately. Transit times vary for truck shipments due to dispatching and scheduling. After the order has shipped, you can call us at 1.866.737.2664 to obtain the Pro number for the shipment. This will allow you to track the order online on the carrier's web site.

Oversized Packages: If for some reason your package is really, really big, we may email you a quote for shipping that differs from the numbers you see during check out. We won't ship your order until we get your approval regarding the new charges.

In order to protect our customers, Redlineops.com reserves the right to ship packages signature required. Please call us at 1.866.737.2664 (Mon - Fri 7:00am - 5:00pm CST) if this creates a problem for you.

UPS may require a signature even if we request otherwise. For example, if you live in an apartment without a doorman. If this is a concern, be sure to deliver to an address where someone will be around to sign.

Gas cylinders ship with a hazmat label and require a signature at time of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping to a Military (APO, FPO) Address: We love the military and are more than happy to ship to APO and FPO addresses thanks to our good friends at the US Postal Service. Any orders shipping to a Military (APO, FPO) address need to be under 70 lbs.(or have a physical U.S. address) and need to come directly from the manufacturer to our warehouse in Wisconsin, once the item is received in our warehouse, we will ship it out immediately.  These orders may take additional days to receive. None the less, we are happy to ship to you!

International Orders:  Tax and shipping charges are not automatically calculated on international orders.  You will be contacted by our Sales Department within 2 business days of placing an international order to confirm shipping, sales tax and other fees which may be associated with export. Redlineops.com can also ship to a freight forwarder within the United States that can forward your freight to your location.
